IT Intern (AI)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia; hybrid work arrangement. Must be a Malaysian citizen and currently enrolled in a computer-related degree or diploma program. Six-month internship; 2026 intake.

What you will do

• Assist with developing and maintaining modern applications, mobile apps, and legacy applications using languages and frameworks such as React, Flutter, and Python.
• Build scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows.
• Help create interactive data dashboards with Power BI.
• Develop projects using AI technologies, including Co-Pilot API, ChatGPT API, and automation AI, to solve real-world problems.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a high-performance, inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a computer-related degree or diploma program at a college or university.
• Pursuing studies in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience building applications or scripts through university projects or personal projects.
• Interest in AI trends and experience building or using AI tools.
• Enjoys collaboration and has a pleasant personality.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
• Must be available for the six-month 2026 internship and include the internship start and end dates in the CV.

Nice to have

• Japanese speaking and writing skills.
