Treasury Management Business Analytics Consultant Sr

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; Washington, D.C.; or Chicago, IL.

Base salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Lead ad hoc analyses to inform strategic priorities, resource allocation, and growth opportunities.
• Support sales strategy, process optimization, and go-to-market alignment projects.
• Build and maintain reporting on Treasury Management Sales performance and progress against goals.
• Develop executive-level presentations for leadership meetings, business reviews, and cross-functional forums.
• Define data collection, research, and reporting activities and translate findings into recommendations.
• Develop, implement, and continuously optimize analytical solutions for business leadership and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, critical thinking, consulting, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SQL experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate analytical conclusions clearly to senior management and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Must work in an office location in Pittsburgh, Washington, D.C., or Chicago; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, business intelligence, data integration, market research, qualitative research, performance metrics, concept development, and strategic planning.
