Quality Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the manufacturing facility in Franklin, NH, United States. Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm; occasional presence on the manufacturing floor with required PPE.

What you will do

• Analyze manufacturing quality problems, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
• Perform failure analysis of customer complaints and returned products.
• Support the preparation and revision of PPAP and FAI documentation.
• Conduct product and process audits, manage corrective actions, and coordinate document control activities.
• Collect scrap, supplier, in-process, and customer quality data; prepare reports and analyze trends using Excel.
• Support material testing, quality acceptance criteria, inspector training, and cross-functional work with Engineering, Planning, Operations, and Manufacturing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with 4–5 years of related quality experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Experience with MS Office and MRP software.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite, follow safety rules, wear PPE, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
