Senior Security Researcher - Agent Workflow (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Cambridge office, United Kingdom, with compulsory attendance two days per week.

What you will do

• Research product use cases that could benefit from agentic workflows.
• Design and prototype agentic systems that improve customer value and experience.
• Explore how generative AI capabilities can be applied within the hirify.global product ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, machine learning, development, and business stakeholder teams.
• Maintain and deepen product knowledge through open-ended security and AI research projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience with core hirify.global technologies, including Network, Email, Cloud, and Endpoint.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in developing agentic workflows.
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving ability in unfamiliar situations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
