TL;DR
Senior Architect, Data & Analytics (AI): Delivering data transformation and analytics solutions for Guidewire Cloud customer projects with an accent on data warehousing, dimensional modeling, migration tooling, and cloud data platforms. Focus on defining technical requirements, leading Data Analyst and ETL/BI teams, coordinating delivery, and building tooling for predictable outcomes in complex Agile environments.
Location: France - Remote; consultants may spend up to 50% of their time on-site with customer business and technical teams.

What you will do
- Design Data Management and Analytics solutions from business requirements and define project scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimates.
- Lead collaboration between data analysts, ETL and BI developers, QA testers, offshore delivery teams, customers, partners, and PMO stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership across data migration into InsuranceSuite applications and data delivery through the data platform.
- Work hands-on in small teams when needed to meet project goals and deliver sprint commitments in Agile environments.
- Improve data project methodologies and create tooling that streamlines delivery and supports predictable outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional competency, with 10+ years in delivery-focused roles.
- French and English proficiency, written and spoken, is required.
- 10+ years of experience in data warehousing projects, including Business Intelligence and Kimball dimensional modeling.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, data validation and reconciliation, and cloud computing.
- 7+ years of experience leading Data Analysts and ETL/BI developers, with strong leadership, communication, and consensus-building skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, complex datasets, customer requirements, emerging technologies, and AI-driven improvements.
Nice to have
- Property and casualty insurance domain knowledge, including policies, claims, billing, and underwriting.
- Experience with Data Platform products, InsuranceSuite, or related certifications.
- Knowledge of data streaming, change-data-capture, AWS, Azure, GCP, AI tools, or large-scale legacy data migrations.
