Data Manager Senior - Data Products - AI and Analytics

What you will do

• Define and execute multi-year roadmaps for enterprise data, analytics, AI, and GenAI products supporting retail banking portfolios and customer journeys.
• Design reusable, governed, AI-ready data products and interoperable data engineering and analytics artifacts across structured, semi-structured, unstructured, and external data.
• Lead diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions for customer growth, operational efficiency, risk optimization, and revenue generation.
• Define standards for analytics products, model governance, explainability, business metrics, semantic layers, metadata, taxonomies, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.
• Manage product delivery across multiple agile teams in a matrixed organization, from ideation and prioritization through implementation, launch, and adoption.

Requirements

• University or college degree; a bachelor's degree is listed for the position.
• Typically 8+ years of industry experience and at least 5 years of prior management experience.
• Experience with data analytics, data science, machine learning, business intelligence, data administration, data architecture, data governance, and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of information management, data modeling, IT standards and procedures, and root cause analysis.
• Must work in the office in Pittsburgh, PA; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
