Senior Director, Pharmacy Commit

Salary: $156,500–$290,100 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Pharmacy Executives.
• Set and execute the strategic vision for the Pharmacy Commit programs.
• Oversee client relationships, executive business reviews, renewals, escalations, and strategic planning.
• Establish KPIs for client satisfaction, contract activation, utilization, retention, and financial performance.
• Expand participation, improve contract adoption and utilization, and develop new pharmacy offerings.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across sourcing, consulting, contracting, analytics, legal, operations, client management, and sales.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred; an advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is desirable.
• 10 or more years of relevant experience.
• Progressive leadership experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or an academic health system.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and managing executive-level client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Strong financial, business, operational, communication, negotiation, and change management skills.
• Experience with pharmacy contracting, group purchasing organizations, or healthcare supply chain is preferred; willingness to travel is required.
