What you will do

• Lead UX innovation across complex, data-rich healthcare workflows using AI, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Drive UX strategy in alignment with business goals, technical capabilities, and emerging digital health trends.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and clinical experts to create intuitive, scalable product experiences.
• Define and evolve design systems supporting AI-driven personalization, interoperability, and consistency across platforms.
• Use user research, behavioral analytics, and iterative testing to develop data-informed and human-centered solutions.
• Mentor designers and promote creativity, experimentation, and design excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive UX design experience, including 5+ years at a senior, lead, or principal level.
• Experience designing complex, enterprise-scale, or AI-enabled digital products; healthcare or life sciences experience is preferred.
• Ability to shape product direction and influence senior stakeholders through design vision and storytelling.
• Experience working with AI, data science, or emerging technology teams in technical environments.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, accessibility, and ethical technology practices.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision, plus familiarity with AI-interface prototyping and data visualization.
