Software Engineer Lead C++ (Fintech)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid with three days in-office and two days virtual

What you will do

• Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support software applications.
• Translate business requirements into product designs and technical specifications.
• Develop new application logic and analyze, modify, debug, and integrate existing components.
• Ensure solutions align with business and IT strategies and hirify.global architectural standards.
• Contribute to architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation, and build-versus-buy recommendations.
• Collaborate with customers, business analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical teams, while providing guidance to other technical professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with C, C++, SQL, and Unix for the Senior level, or 7+ years for the Lead level.
• Knowledge of hirify.global products such as IST and Cortex.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
