Software Engineer Lead C++ (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Manila, Philippines; three days in-office and two days virtual

What you will do

• Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support application software.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and product designs.
• Develop, debug, document, integrate, and maintain application components.
• Write technical specifications and recommend new code or reuse of existing code.
• Contribute to architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation, and buy-versus-build decisions.
• Provide technical guidance to other professionals and collaborate with customers, analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with C, C++, SQL, and Unix for the Senior level, or 7+ years for the Lead level.
• Knowledge of hirify.global products such as IST and Cortex.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
