Business Applications Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Remote from the Philippines; EST-aligned U.S. business hours

hirify.global is hiring for a client that develops business applications, automation workflows, integrations, and analytics solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

What you will do

• Design and develop business applications across Microsoft Power Platform using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Build dashboards, reports, data models, KPI visualizations, and reporting workflows in Power BI.
• Develop Azure Functions, REST API integrations, webhooks, custom connectors, and connections between internal and third-party systems.
• Create Microsoft Teams solutions including bots, Adaptive Cards, notifications, workflow integrations, and internal applications.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Implement documentation, monitoring, error handling, access controls, data governance, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting.
• Advanced experience with Power Automate and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Ability to work remotely from the Philippines during EST-aligned U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Advanced Power BI experience with Row-Level Security, Incremental Refresh, and Embedded Analytics.
• Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams app development, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and custom connectors.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, SQL, and data warehousing.
