Digital Product Manager Lead Senior (Mobile & Online Banking Security)

Location: In-office role based in Cleveland or Columbus, OH; Philadelphia or Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; or Wilmington, DE.

Base salary: $112,000–$228,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for mobile and online banking security experiences.
• Define authentication, MFA, adaptive challenges, device recognition and binding, session management, and account access recovery capabilities.
• Lead agile product teams and translate strategy into roadmaps, epics, features, and user stories across mobile, web, and enterprise security platforms.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Operations, and senior leadership to deliver secure and seamless customer experiences.
• Manage risk governance, audits, risk assessments, regulatory reviews, documentation, and product controls.
• Track authentication success, fraud outcomes, challenge completion, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency using customer insights, experimentation, and data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience leading large-scale customer-facing digital products.
• Experience managing mobile and/or online banking experiences in regulated or high-risk environments.
• Strong understanding of authentication and access management, including MFA, device trust, risk-based authentication, and session controls.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving technology, security, and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence decisions without direct authority.
• Experience with mobile security, biometrics, passwordless authentication, or digital identity products.
• Knowledge of FIDO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, or related identity and access management technologies.
• Direct partnership experience with Cybersecurity, Fraud, and Enterprise Risk organizations, plus financial services or fintech experience.
• Experience leading product teams or mentoring product managers.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent education, certifications, and experience may be considered. No required certifications or licenses.

Nice to have

• Master's degree, PhD, or relevant certifications.
• Experience with Agile Web Development, business requirements documentation, data visualization, digital user experience, IT architecture, JavaScript, or wireframing.
