hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Manage relationships with prospective and existing clients and mentor team members.
• Lead tax due diligence, structuring, modeling, and special project engagements for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Serve private equity investor groups, family offices, and strategic buyers.
• Review tax returns, legal documents, and financial statements and write or review tax due diligence reports.
• Coordinate with SALT, International Tax, and Federal Tax Solutions specialty groups.
• Monitor engagement time, budgets, deadlines, developments, conclusions, and recommendations.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in federal, state, and/or international tax compliance, planning, and consulting.
• CPA license certification required; a JD degree or Enrolled Agent certification may be accepted instead.
• Experience with tax due diligence, transaction structuring, modeling, and client consulting.
