Senior Experience Designer – Banner (HTML Media Banners)

Location: Chicago, IL, USA; eligible for hire in select U.S. locations.

Salary: USD 78,280–100,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own HTML media banner projects from concept through delivery with minimal oversight.
• Translate creative vision and brand direction into production-ready digital experiences.
• Design scalable banner solutions within media specifications, animation best practices, and responsive resizing constraints.
• Collaborate with Art, Copy, Development, and other Experience Designers on technically feasible executions.
• Evaluate tradeoffs, resolve design challenges, incorporate feedback, and maintain production quality.
• Mentor fellow Experience Designers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and example.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience designing HTML media banners, preferably in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience contributing to or governing design systems and optimizing creative for performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Figma is required.
• Proficiency in timeline-based motion design and animation software, plus an understanding of responsive and modular frameworks.
