Senior Product Manager (Lakebase/Lakehouse)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $156,600–$215,250 USD annually for Zone 1; $148,800–$204,525 USD annually for Zone 2. Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lakebase, Lakehouse, and Databricks SQL.
• Work with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to launch features and drive adoption.
• Engage customers and partners to understand needs and prioritize high-impact solutions.
• Drive competitive differentiation and positioning in the cloud data warehouse market.
• Align product initiatives with leadership and business goals.
• Use data-driven insights to measure success, iterate, and improve user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in cloud, analytics, or data platforms.
• Ability to break down complex problems into simple, scalable solutions.
• Experience working with engineers and designers to ship high-impact products.
• Strong ownership, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and solve complex problems.

Nice to have

• Understanding of databases, SQL, data warehousing, BI, and analytics use cases.
