Pflugerville 03 (SH130/Parkway) RX Tech - Pharmacy Tech - Full Time

Location: Pflugerville, Texas; onsite retail pharmacy role

Salary: USD $20.00 per hour

Retail pharmacy operation providing prescription processing, patient services, inventory management, and pharmacy support.

What you will do

• Process written and third-party prescriptions, verify patient information, and manage adjudication reviews using RxEVO.
• Provide customer service and support telephone strategies while resolving exception-station and third-party issues.
• Coordinate prescription screening, flu-shot scheduling, immunization scheduling, and other professional services activities.
• Manage inventory, invoices, warehouse and DSD orders, deliveries, discrepancies, recalls, and returns.
• Operate and maintain automated prescription processing equipment, including Kirby Lester and ScriptPro.
• Assemble, count, measure, reconstitute, verify, and label prescriptions while following pharmacy compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Active State of Texas registration as a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician; 3+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; applicants must be 18 or older.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy management tasks, RxEVO, RxIMS, Microsoft Office, Windows, and related systems.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, stand for extended periods, lift 30 pounds or more, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• HIPAA compliance and successful completion of required pharmacy, safety, and company training are required.
