hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Lead daily operations, workload planning, budgeting, policy development, and succession planning for the Marketing Technology team.
• Oversee development, configuration, support, monitoring, and integration of MarTech systems.
• Manage hiring, coaching, performance, training, scheduling, and service coverage for team members.
• Lead selected IT projects, managing communication, outcomes, resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors, direct support activities, calculate test cases, and validate patches and upgrades.
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop training materials and document business processes.

• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of solution design, data governance, data quality, and cross-system integration.
• Experience mentoring and coaching teams on technical quality, problem-solving, and best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and partnering with product owners, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience and training.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, or customer data platforms.
