What you will do

• Provide technical and management advice on HSE matters to line management and site personnel.
• Develop, execute, and measure HSE plans, policies, procedures, initiatives, and campaigns.
• Conduct audits and inspections, identify hazards, and monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Train and counsel employees and subcontractors on HSE practices and manage safety training content.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions with operations and clients.
• Track HSE performance metrics, maintain statistical benchmarks, and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Strong background as an HSE professional in industrial construction, maintenance, and turnarounds.
• Strong understanding of process safety in theory and application.
• Experience in incident and emergency management.
• Experience developing a strong HSE culture and managing organizational change.
• Strong communication, influencing, and safety behavior skills.
• Safety certifications such as COSS, COHS, or CHST are desired.
