Manufacturing Engineer, Associate

Location: East Farmingdale, New York, United States; onsite

Salary: $74,100–$84,000 per year

What you will do

• Define manufacturing process flows, work instructions, and standard procedures.
• Analyze labor standards, equipment needs, and process-flow data to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and engineering changes for manufacturability.
• Collaborate with design, quality, procurement, inspection, production, and program teams to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate new product release activities and maintain manufacturing documentation and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or a related technical role.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and methods analysis.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
