What you will do

• Advise enterprise leaders on AI strategies aligned with measurable business outcomes.
• Lead the full AI agent lifecycle, including scoping, design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Map customer challenges into agentic workflows and detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Monitor production agents, troubleshoot issues, and drive measurable improvements.
• Identify product gaps and communicate insights to engineering teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, agent development, or enterprise consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Advanced English at C1 level required.
• Expertise in AI/ML concepts, agent architecture, and enterprise system integration.
• Strong consulting skills, including advising executives and managing complex projects.
• Demonstrated delivery of AI solutions with measurable business impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, RAG, or similar AI tooling frameworks.
• Experience deploying multi-agent workflows in production.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and monitoring tools.
• Industry expertise in financial services, healthcare, e-commerce, or telecom.
• Working hours aligned with EST–PT US time zones.
