What you will do
- Identify organizational and business problems where AI can deliver practical value.
- Evaluate AI tools and models including Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI based on use case, limitations, cost, performance, and scalability.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions and internal automations using LLM APIs and workflow platforms such as N8N and Workato.
- Build and optimize prompts, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and scalable AI workflows.
- Architect integrations across systems including Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
- Lead hands-on AI projects from ideation through production rollout and guide organizational adoption of AI tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, business applications, or product management.
- 2+ years of experience building or working within an AI-focused team.
- Strong practical knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM limitations, and modern generative AI platforms.
- Hands-on experience with N8N or comparable workflow automation platforms, AI agent frameworks, and orchestration tools.
- Understanding of RAG, vector databases, MCP, and LangChain multi-agent systems.
- Experience building functional AI solutions from concept to production, with knowledge of AI ethics, safety, and responsible AI practices.
