Workplace Portfolio Planning & Operations

Location: San Jose, California, United States; hybrid role with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $170,000–$253,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Create dashboards and decision-support views covering workplace portfolio cost, utilization, capacity, workforce, footprint, projects, and external benchmarks.
• Develop forecasts, scenarios, recommendations, KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and performance-management tools for Workplace Experience leadership.
• Track major initiatives, milestones, decisions, risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across the portfolio.
• Coordinate planning with HR, Finance, Sustainability, GTM, Engineering, SAS, and regional teams.
• Improve portfolio documentation, data ownership, information accessibility, AI-enabled analysis, and automation.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects involving spend and budget analysis, lease analysis, process improvements, and policy changes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, strategy and operations, portfolio management, program management, workplace operations, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong experience with analytics, dashboards, KPIs, forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, IWMS platforms, or similar enterprise tools.
• Experience using complex or incomplete data to support business decisions.
• Experience scaling AI-enabled analysis, forecasting, automation, or knowledge tools in an operations environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional work and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

• Experience in workplace operations, corporate real estate, space planning, or lease management.
