Planning Manager, Franchise & Owned Retail – EMEA (Retail Planning): Driving sales, margin, inventory, and receipt planning across owned retail and franchise channels in EMEA with an accent on forecasting, open-to-buy management, assortment planning, and inventory optimization. Focus on building commercial planning tools, supporting new store launches, and translating multi-market data into profitable inventory and sales decisions.

What you will do
- Develop seasonal and annual sales, margin, inventory, and receipt plans across EMEA owned retail and franchise channels.
- Own weekly and monthly forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize commercial performance.
- Analyze sales trends, sell-through, stock-to-sales ratios, inventory productivity, and other planning metrics.
- Manage Open-to-Buy budgets and build assortment, allocation, replenishment, and inventory investment strategies.
- Support new store openings through initial inventory strategies, launch plans, and ongoing sales forecasts.
- Build planning tools, dashboards, and business reviews while partnering with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and regional leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of planning, merchandise planning, inventory planning, or financial planning experience in retail or consumer brands.
- Strong knowledge of Open-to-Buy, forecasting, assortment planning, inventory management, and financial planning.
- Experience in an international or multi-market retail organization; owned retail and franchise experience is highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP, planning, or BI platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, or Power BI.

- Experience supporting both owned retail and franchise businesses.
- Experience improving forecast accuracy, planning processes, reporting, and inventory optimization.
