Senior Product Manager, Platform (AI Cloud)

Location: UK; product delivery is focused across the EU and on the needs of European customers and regulatory requirements.

Nscale is building a vertically integrated GenAI cloud platform spanning data centres, software, and applications for the AI stack.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a significant area of the cloud platform.
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem framing through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Deliver platform outcomes addressing European customer needs, including data residency, sovereignty, and regulatory requirements.
• Embed security, compliance, and cryptography into the product area.
• Partner with design, research, engineering, and go-to-market teams to validate hypotheses and deliver products.
• Define meaningful metrics, represent the product area in planning and reviews, and mentor junior product managers.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience in software or technology, including ownership of significant product areas.
• Strong technical fluency, including the ability to discuss architecture, trade-offs, and feasibility with engineering teams.
• Strong familiarity with cloud and platform technologies, especially security, compliance, and cryptography.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problem spaces into shipped product outcomes.
• Experience mentoring or informally leading peers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or prior engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, enterprise software, or AI/ML products.
• Familiarity with the EU technology landscape, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, data residency, and sovereignty requirements.
• Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments.
