What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution across one or more core product areas.
• Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing team of product managers.
• Drive product planning, decision-making, and communication across functions and leadership.
• Balance delivery speed with rigour while ensuring fast learning and thoughtful shipping.
• Partner with go-to-market teams on onboarding, growth, and customer feedback loops.
• Help define and evolve product development culture, including rituals, values, and operating principles.

Requirements

• 9+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing product managers.
• Ability to define product vision, sequence strategic bets, and work effectively at both strategic and detailed levels.
• Track record of building and scaling product teams in high-growth or startup environments.
• Ability to lead with context rather than control and coach product managers to think independently and execute effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and drive clear decisions.
• Strong commitment to product quality and ability to recognise what great product work looks like.
