Senior Technical Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with engineering to define, refine, and deliver solutions from concept to production through practical, incremental steps.
• Balance user needs, market context, and delivery speed; validate working products with users and iterate based on feedback and measurable outcomes.
• Structure ambiguous problems into actionable paths, maintain momentum through evolving requirements, and make product trade-offs.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap definition while aligning short-term priorities with scalable platform thinking.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and senior stakeholders to build alignment and drive decisions.
• Improve developer workflows, integrations, usability, and the overall product experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, with a proven record of delivering products closely with engineering teams.
• Strong technical background and the ability to engage deeply with engineering topics, including hands-on work with APIs, systems, and integrations.
• Ability to understand system design and operation, participate in technical discussions, challenge assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, review flows, investigate issues, and clarify implementation approaches.
• Ownership from problem to outcome, structured thinking, bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities, and the ability to move between strategy and execution.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences, experienced stakeholders, and senior or executive leaders.
• Ability to build alignment and drive decisions forward across diverse perspectives.

• Exposure to identity, distributed systems, or similar domains.
