Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Develop data science solutions, automated analytics products, and actionable insights across multiple projects and domains.
• Translate emerging concepts and business needs into testable solutions through experimentation, rapid prototyping, validation, and iterative development.
• Apply machine learning, natural language processing, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and generative AI to structured and unstructured data.
• Manage end-to-end workflows including data discovery, preparation, feature engineering, modeling, validation, deployment, visualization, and insight delivery.
• Analyze complex datasets and communicate exploratory and predictive findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with product, engineering, and platform teams to advance capabilities from research and pilots through production readiness and ongoing enhancement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience; a relevant degree is preferred.
• Experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, experimentation, prototyping, model evaluation, and validation.
• Experience with end-to-end data science workflows and complex, disparate datasets.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, SAS, MATLAB, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Apache Spark, Hadoop, Tableau, or similar analytics, cloud, or distributed data technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to work through ambiguity and evolving requirements.
