Senior Medical Education Specialist (Neuro) (MedTech)

Location: Remote US home office; business travel of 60% or more, including weekends

Annual base salary: $100,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Lead medical education programs for neurovascular product lines and applicable therapies from planning through execution.
• Create agendas and educational content, coordinate registration and logistics, and provide on-site clinical support for CE programs, workshops, case observations, and regional or national events.
• Collaborate with medical education, product, sales, marketing, physician faculty, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Maintain program templates, agendas, speaker presentations, and structures for on-site support.
• Develop program metrics and analyze attendee feedback, utilization trends, and educational outcomes to improve effectiveness.
• Mentor Medical Education Program Coordinators, Associates, and Specialists and provide guidance on resources and protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant medical education and clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex programs and events simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work from a US home office and travel for business 60% or more, including weekends.
