Principal Analytics Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Architect and build the edge and cloud analytics platform from the ground up.
• Deliver insights, recommendations, and data products from near real-time data.
• Manage a team of analytics engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advance analytics capabilities for robotics and autonomous vehicle products.
• Manage analytics data governance and collaborate with data warehousing and edge data engineering teams.
• Ensure data quality, timeliness, security, and accessibility.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale analytics platforms.
• Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools such as dbt, Tableau, Grafana, Power BI, or Looker.
• 5+ years managing data specialists, including analysts, data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists, data modelers, or business intelligence engineers.
• 5+ years working in fast-paced startup environments.
• 5+ years working with highly sensitive data, including financial, medical, or government-contract data.
• Strong experience building analytics platforms and high-impact data products from the ground up, with cross-functional collaboration skills.
