Senior Product Analyst

Location: Canada; remote-first work with team members across the U.S. and Canada.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end analytics for Wishlists and Celebrations, including occasion-based gifting, event pages, and host and guest journeys.
• Define KPI trees and measurement frameworks for product surfaces that are still being instrumented.
• Audit tracking, identify instrumentation gaps, and partner with engineering to improve clickstream data reliability.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments that increase list creation, guest participation, and repeat engagement.
• Connect behavior across registrants, hosts, gift givers, and partners to retention and long-term value.
• Build dashboards, reporting, and AI-assisted analytical artifacts while influencing product strategy and contributing to Data organization initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant product analytics experience.
• Mastery-level SQL applied to datasets ranging from millions to billions of rows.
• Expertise in event instrumentation, clickstream data, metric validation, and KPI framework development.
• Applied experience with statistical testing, experimental design, and A/B analysis across web and app surfaces.
• Ability to connect product behavior with business outcomes and lifetime value, and to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Devin in analytical workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with LaunchDarkly, Amplitude, dbt, Hex, or Sigma.
• Experience across both product analytics and program analytics.
