TL;DR
Product Analyst (Product Analytics/SQL): Building product analytics systems, A/B test reporting, automated dashboards, and BetterBI capabilities with an accent on data-informed product decisions, funnel analysis, and data visualization. Focus on improving data collection flows, evolving analytics architecture, and automating reporting for product and marketing stakeholders.
Location: Ukraine — remote from any location within Ukraine

What you will do
- Partner with Product Managers to support data-informed product decisions.
- Analyze A/B test results and provide insights for product improvement.
- Improve data collection flows and procedures for product analytics and reporting.
- Evolve data analytics processes and architecture.
- Automate analytics workflows and create dashboards for product and marketing stakeholders.
- Contribute to BetterBI, the internal business intelligence system consolidating financial data.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product analytics at a product company.
- Experience with data visualization tools and BI techniques.
- Experience with third-party product analytics systems such as Amplitude, Facebook Analytics, Firebase, or AppsFlyer.
- Knowledge of product metrics, funnels, and data-based recommendations.
- Full proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tableau.
- Programming experience in Python.
