Engineering Team Lead (.NET/Angular)

Location: Remote anywhere within the U.S.; headquarters in Irving, Texas

Salary: $160,285–$206,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance software systems and healthcare applications.
• Develop maintainable applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular 15+, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Establish engineering practices covering code reviews, testing, CI/CD, application security, deployment, and cloud scalability.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, product owners, and business users to define requirements and deliver features.
• Integrate AI tools into development, including automated code generation, predictive project analytics, and intelligent testing frameworks.
• Mentor engineers, monitor delivery risks, and align engineering and product teams on timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in software development, engineering, or systems analysis.
• At least 60 months of experience designing and delivering scalable solutions with C#, .NET Core, Angular 15+, JavaScript, and a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, application security, code review standards, testing best practices, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with software architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud services.
• Must be able to work from within the United States.
