Manager, Cash Management (Treasury)

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location.

What you will do

• Develop and grow a portfolio of treasury and cash management-intensive companies.
• Work with CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers, and business prospects to understand requirements and perform needs analysis.
• Propose payment, transaction, treasury, and cash management solutions.
• Develop new client relationships through outreach, referrals, existing clients, and centers of influence.
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing partnership and support.
• Collaborate with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and internal partners to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial banking cash management.
• Experience with treasury and cash management functions, including payments and transactions, in mid-market and larger organizations.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building, business development, client service, and financial advisory skills.
• Legal eligibility to work at the Winnipeg, Manitoba location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Goal orientation and alignment with values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.

Nice to have

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
