Senior Account Support Analyst (Health Insurance)

Location: Remote, working from home in Pennsylvania, USA. Travel requirement: 0%–25%.

What you will do

• Support the stop-loss sales cycle, including RFP intake, underwriting, account implementation, and ongoing group account service.
• Load and maintain group information and benefit files.
• Provide account support to Account Managers, producers, sales representatives, clients, and core partners.
• Resolve benefit inquiries and manage errors, ensuring files are corrected.
• Coordinate client and core partner meetings and implementation activities.
• Support new products, group changes, benefit enhancements, non-standard benefits, mass updates, and small to medium projects.

Requirements

• Five years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Significant expertise in stop-loss or employer benefits.
• Producer's license in Accident & Health required, or it must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work remotely from Pennsylvania.
• English communication skills for direct interaction with clients, producers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.
