Senior Project Manager (IT & Operations) - Temporary

Location: Remote-first; must be located anywhere in Canada

Compensation: $65–$85 CAD per hour

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of complex, high-visibility IT and business programs.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders across sales, client success, finance, product, procurement, legal, and information security.
• Design and deliver AI automations and AI-enabled enterprise projects, including end-to-end workflow automation and productivity measurement.
• Manage RFPs, third-party evaluations, ROI analysis, program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Provide executive-ready status updates and lead post-project evaluations against projected business-case outcomes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering complex programs and outcomes-based projects in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects while advising on portfolio priorities and dependencies.
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-influence skills without direct authority.
• Experience building and optimizing AI automations with tools such as Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, and Workato.
• Experience assessing and implementing SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, or ThoughtSpot.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, and MS Project; a bachelor's degree or higher is required. PMP or CSM certification is strongly preferred.
