Sr Business Analyst (Product)

What you will do

• Discover, analyze, challenge, and refine business requirements to ensure completeness, feasibility, and alignment with product goals.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, actionable user stories, and technical requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Science, Customer Success, Sales, project management, and software development teams across multiple regions.
• Support MVP sizing, scoping, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and PI planning.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, release readiness, timelines, missing inputs, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Create or coordinate user guides, support content, and release notes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to break down complex information into precise functional documents.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive clarity, ownership, and timelines.
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Kanban.
• Basic understanding of programming logic.
• Hands-on experience with relevant product analysis work.
