Conversational AI & Voice AI Specialist

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize conversational AI and voice AI agents for customer-facing use cases.
• Build and configure voicebots, chatbots, and multi-turn conversational experiences on platforms such as ElevenLabs Agents, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Google CCAI, Azure AI, Cognigy, and Kore.ai.
• Develop prompts, system instructions, conversation flows, intents, context handling, fallback logic, escalation, and AI guardrails.
• Configure and optimize RAG pipelines, knowledge bases, retrieval strategies, and AI responses.
• Integrate solutions through REST APIs, webhooks, Genesys, and live-agent handoff.
• Test, troubleshoot, and improve agent behavior, response quality, latency, reliability, and scalability in collaboration with architects, developers, CX specialists, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, conversational AI, voice AI, chatbot development, or a related technical field.
• Arabic proficiency required.
• English proficiency at least at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level.
• Hands-on experience delivering production conversational AI and/or voice AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, AI guardrails, conversation design, agent optimization, RAG, and knowledge-base tuning.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, Genesys integrations, and live-agent handoff.
