Senior Internal Communications & Events Manager (Fixed-Term) (iGaming)

What you will do

• Develop and implement global internal communications strategies, including leadership visibility, change communications, evaluation, and reporting.
• Coordinate the global communications and events calendar, scheduling requests and preventing conflicts across local and global teams.
• Create and oversee communications for staff emails, intranet articles, presentations, talking points, speeches, social posts, and change initiatives.
• Plan and deliver global and in-country internal events, Townhalls, company announcements, and CSR initiatives.
• Define the roadmap for video, photography, and multimedia projects while managing creative requests and event support.
• Lead the Internal Communications and Events team, including coaching, budgeting, expense tracking, and day-to-day delivery.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level internal communications experience, preferably in a global, public, matrix organisation.
• Experience advising senior leadership and delivering communications strategies in multicultural organisations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create accurate, compelling, brand-aligned messaging.
• Experience managing digital platforms and tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft Suite applications, and email distribution tools.
• Experience producing digital content, including video, and managing multiple projects to deadlines.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours occasionally to support business objectives or events.
