Scheduling & Real Time Analyst (Calabrio)

Location: Bristol, UK; on-site five days a week with flexibility to work from home when required

What you will do

• Generate and maintain colleague schedules, short-term plans, and offline activities in line with staffing and service-level requirements.
• Optimise shrinkage and maintain holiday requests, attrition, and shrinkage data in Calabrio.
• Monitor real-time performance against service level, demand versus capacity, queue health, AHT, shrinkage, and adherence metrics.
• Work with Team Leaders and Managers to address non-adherence and improve intraday performance.
• Issue alerts and escalation updates, communicate performance risks, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assess demand spikes, absences, system issues, outages, and other unplanned events, tracking their impact and mitigation.

Requirements

• Experience in scheduling and real-time operational control is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to analyse data quickly and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate data into clear, actionable messages.
• Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels, including Team Leaders and Managers.
• Proactive, organised, resilient, adaptable, and accountable in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable maintaining office presence and working on-site five days a week in Bristol.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Calabrio, Amazon Connect, or similar workforce management products.
