Clinical Services Manager

Location: Must reside within the Brisbane region; business travel by car or air throughout Queensland is required, including 2–5 days of overnight travel per month.

What you will do

• Promote insulin pump therapy and the Omnipod Insulin Management System to healthcare providers and patients through individual, group, and continuing education sessions.
• Manage patient training with clinics and provide product demonstrations in person and virtually.
• Facilitate product training and certification for endocrinologists, nurse practitioners, and Certified Pod Trainers.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Customer Care, Inside Sales, and Marketing to support accounts, referrals, sales targets, events, and territory plans.
• Explain private and subscription pathways for accessing Omnipod and support patient and provider adoption.
• Record customer interactions in Salesforce, manage boot stock ordering, plan events, and provide field feedback to sales leadership.

Requirements

• Current professional credentials or certification such as Certified Diabetes Educator, Accredited Practising Dietitian, Registered Nurse, or a relevant science specialty.
• At least 2 years of prior industry or commercial experience is strongly preferred.
• Professional presentation skills and strong oral and written interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction, adapt flexibly, and demonstrate business acumen.
• Credibility and contacts within the diabetes community, plus computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s licence and availability for travel throughout Queensland are required.
