Audit Manager, Technology

Location: New York, United States; hybrid arrangement with 2+ days per week on-site

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 USD per year, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop, execute, and complete risk-based IT audit plans and procedures.
• Lead technology, applications, SOX, IT general controls, and integrated audits.
• Evaluate audit findings, identify root causes, prepare reports, and recommend action plans to senior management.
• Assess and test the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls.
• Coach and manage audit staff and seniors while coordinating with audit management and other teams.
• Manage special projects and support conflict resolution, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience planning and executing SOX and/or IT audits.
• Experience with Access Management, Change Management, SDLC, ITGC, and integrated audits.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States is required; this position is not eligible for employment sponsorship.
• Strong communication, collaboration, people management, regulatory compliance, and risk-based auditing skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MSc in Cybersecurity.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer.
