What you will do

• Build and develop trading systems supporting active trading and quantitative analysis.
• Create and detect trading signals for strategy development teams.
• Analyze quantitative trading strategies and work with large datasets.
• Develop low-latency C++ strategies for systematic trading.
• Collaborate desk-side with senior developers, researchers, engineers, and traders.

Requirements

• Be a final-year bachelor's or master's student graduating in 2027.
• Study a quantitative or STEM discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or data science.
• Have strong software development skills in Python and a compiled language.
• Be comfortable working with data using Pandas, Polars, or NumPy.
• Demonstrate strong quantitative, logical reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
