Insurance And Risk Analyst (Real Estate)

Location: Dallas, TX; on-site presence required

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Conduct risk assessments for a real estate portfolio, including property valuations, hazards, and operational risks.
• Support insurance program management and collaborate with brokers on coverage solutions.
• Assist with real estate insurance claims in partnership with internal stakeholders, adjusters, and legal counsel.
• Implement loss-control and risk-mitigation measures to reduce potential losses.
• Manage certificates of insurance, contract reviews, accounting and billing, and stakeholder inquiries.
• Analyze claims, loss trends, and market data and prepare recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of insurance policy language, basic coverages, and certificates of insurance.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, organization, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• One to two years of experience in insurance or risk management.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours when needed and protect confidential information.
