What you will do

• Lead the development and maturation of enterprise risk management, including risk assessments, taxonomy, appetite, and tolerances.
• Establish and embed Risk & Control Self-Assessment, monitoring, testing, and assurance practices.
• Define Key Risk Indicators across third-party risk, anticorruption, privacy, information security, trade compliance, fraud, and order-to-cash.
• Build governance forums, escalation pathways, remediation tracking, and concise executive reporting.
• Develop practical compliance policies, standards, procedures, training, and communications with Legal and HR.
• Build and develop a high-performing risk and compliance team.

Requirements

• Senior risk and compliance professional already operating at director level.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise risk, compliance, or internal controls within technology or IT resale is preferable.
• Proven experience building or significantly maturing ERM, RCSA, and third-party risk programs.
• Experience establihirify.globalng governance, escalation, reporting, monitoring, testing, and assurance activities.
• Ability to influence across a matrix and engage executive leaderhirify.globalp.
• Ability to travel 10%.
