What you will do

• Lead the development and maturation of the enterprise risk management and Risk & Control Self-Assessment programs.
• Define risk taxonomy, risk appetite, tolerances, and Key Risk Indicators across priority risk areas.
• Establish governance forums, escalation pathways, issue remediation tracking, and executive reporting.
• Build a practical compliance framework covering policies, procedures, training, communications, and operational workflows.
• Strengthen third-party, operational, export compliance, channel integrity, privacy, information security, and fraud controls.
• Build and develop a high-performing risk and compliance team and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Senior risk and compliance professional already operating at director level.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise risk, compliance, or internal controls; technology or IT resale experience is preferable.
• Proven experience building or significantly maturing ERM, RCSA, and third-party risk programs.
• Experience establihirify.globalng governance, monitoring, testing, assurance, and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to influence across a matrix and engage executive leaderhirify.globalp.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%.
