Operational Excellence Technical Program Manager, Security

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; primarily in-office at the Prague office

What you will do

• Own day-to-day program operations, including ticketing workflows, intake, triage, prioritization, issue resolution, escalation management, and execution tracking.
• Translate security engineering and architecture priorities into workstreams, milestones, dependencies, accountable owners, and decision paths.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence records covering scope, status, blockers, risks, decisions, action logs, and dependency maps.
• Facilitate standups, working sessions, risk reviews, stakeholder syncs, and executive-ready status updates.
• Identify ticketing bottlenecks, aging issues, and recurring escalations, then implement process improvements.
• Escalate execution risks and support prioritization and trade-off decisions across the program lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, program operations, security, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.
• Hands-on or adjacent experience supporting security engineering and security architecture teams.
• Experience managing complex programs with competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Fluency with Jira, Confluence, and program reporting, including the ability to identify execution risks early.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with engineers, security leaders, executives, and business partners.
• Experience using metrics to improve operating models, service workflows, escalation mechanisms, and operational performance.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting security transformation, platform, architecture, or engineering-led programs.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, identity and access management, cloud security, application security, infrastructure security, or resiliency.
