Senior Project Manager (HVACR)

Location: Mikulov, Czechia; onsite at the development, production, and testing facility

What you will do

• Lead New Product Development projects from ideation and feasibility through development, validation, series production, and production ramp-up.
• Develop integrated project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, and capital expenditures.
• Apply the Gate Management Process and prepare project reviews, gate presentations, and executive updates.
• Coordinate global, cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, R&D, marketing, operations, and supply chain.
• Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, cost, quality, and supply-chain risks while ensuring regulatory, quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Improve NPD processes, digital toolchains, and project metrics, and lead post-launch reviews and lessons-learned activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of project or program management experience, including significant New Product Development experience.
• Successful experience launching complex mechanical, electrical, or industrial products.
• Experience influencing teams in a global matrix organization and working in HVACR, mechanical engineering, power electronics, or a related industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, gate management, industrialization, financial tracking, and executive communication.
• Fluent English is required; candidates must be legally authorized to work in Czechia, and sponsorship or work authorization will not be provided.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced technical degree.
• PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent project management certification.
• Knowledge of additional European languages.
