Senior Account Risk Manager

What you will do

• Own and drive resolution of high-risk customer accounts, ensuring actions and target dates are delivered.
• Coordinate global risk reviews across regions and business divisions.
• Act as the central escalation point for financial, commercial, delivery, and customer-retention risks.
• Maintain risk records covering exposure, root causes, mitigation plans, owners, and next steps.
• Monitor risks affecting ARR, renewals, collections, churn, revenue realisation, and bad debt exposure.
• Build executive dashboards and automate data collection, reporting, workflow management, and risk tracking.

Requirements

• Significant software industry experience in finance, risk management, collections, customer success operations, or strategic account governance.
• Strong understanding of ARR, renewals, retention, implementation risks, and revenue realisation.
• Experience resolving complex accounts and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with process automation, workflow optimisation, systems integration, project management, and organisation.
• Experience working in a global matrix environment across multiple business units.
