Project Manager – Network

Location: Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; Orlando, Florida; or Las Vegas, Nevada. In-market presence is required as needed to support field execution and stakeholder alignment.

What you will do

• Manage multiple network projects and programs from planning through delivery.
• Lead large-scale fiber deployment and network expansion initiatives.
• Develop work plans, schedules, milestone tracking, cost controls, and performance instrumentation.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources, suppliers, vendors, and general contractors.
• Inspect field progress, drive corrective actions, and support market build plans.
• Coordinate market launch readiness with construction, operations, and local stakeholders while providing executive updates.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of senior technical project or program management experience, preferably in network or infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale fiber optic build deployments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external suppliers, vendors, and general contractors.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, resource, budget tracking, forecasting, and cost-control skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and prepare recurring executive updates.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with utility locating, permitting, right-of-way, and construction sequencing for fiber builds.
• Experience coordinating market launch timing and readiness activities.
• Background in data management, business analytics, and executive performance reporting.
• Power BI proficiency for dashboards, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
