Post-Harvest Team Member

Location: Onsite in Pemberton, British Columbia, Canada

Salary: CAD 25.75 per hour to start

What you will do

• Support planting, harvesting, and care of dried cannabis in partnership with the facilities team.
• Trim dried cannabis flowers in accordance with WMMC guidelines and industry standards.
• Clean and maintain facility equipment.
• Recommend operational improvements and help maintain a safe, healthy environment for plants and people.
• Complete additional duties and special projects as required.

Requirements

• Strong interest in cannabis cultivation and the cannabis industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• High integrity and attention to detail when following routines and completing tasks.
• Ability to complete a medical screening exam during the recruitment process.
• Ability to work onsite in Pemberton, British Columbia.

Nice to have

• Previous cannabis industry experience.
• Knowledge of best practices for cultivating dry cannabis.
