Commercial Operations Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia; hybrid work. Visa sponsorship available.

What you will do

• Prepare commercial reports and insights for leadership decision-making.
• Support client onboarding and coordinate activities across internal teams.
• Track and maintain accurate records of commercial pipeline opportunities.
• Manage and optimize CRM workflows to improve visibility and operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements across commercial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development activities.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial, operations, or analytical roles.
• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience using AI tools and automation software such as Make or n8n to create systems.
• Excellent English communication skills and availability to work in a hybrid role in Tbilisi.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of digital assets and cryptocurrency.
• Additional language skills.
