Operations Analyst (Cryptoassets)

What you will do

• Provide operational support for the cryptoasset trading business, focusing on reconciliation and post-trade settlement procedures.
• Monitor pending settlements and coordinate with counterparties and exchanges to reduce settlement risk.
• Work with cash management and operations teams to maintain cash reserves for settlements and platform funding.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology upgrades, and automation.
• Use Excel, VBA, Python, or other programming tools to automate operational processes and analyze large datasets.
• Respond to counterparty requests and provide additional administrative support when needed.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in a trading operations environment.
• Experience with settlements and/or trading reconciliation; cryptoasset experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and understanding of financial product clearing and settlement processes.
• Experience with money transfers, wires, banking platforms, and overnight funding costs.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree and availability to provide off-hours support when needed for 24/7 operational continuity.
